Delete my account

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. Send the request below and we will action it within 30 days.

This cannot be undone. Deleting your account removes your profile, bookmarks, study list, practice history, streaks, flashcards and AI history. Past papers stay free and public — you can always browse them again without an account, but your progress will be gone.

Use the email you sign in with, so we can match the request to your account.
